Like we talked about earlier, it is easy to get off track with our nutrition when we think about it as a long-term thing. One of the easiest things to say is, "Fuck it, I will restart again on Monday.” It is important that we move away from this mindset and allow ourselves to reset or restart at any given point throughout the week or day. Just because you've had a really bad week of eating on Monday through Thursday, doesn't give you permission or the excuse to eat poorly on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - just because you will restart on Monday. You are likely to achieve your goals better and more quickly if you allow yourself to reset at any time throughout the day or week.
Today, consider if you are somebody likes to restart on Mondays. Challenge yourself to really think about each meal as their own decision rather than a day or week or month as a whole.
