With a largely habit-based nutrition course such as this, we need to consider how we are gonna incorporate these habits into the rest of our lives. Without regurgitating the whole course right here, I want you to think about what those habits are that you created throughout this program.

Today, write down the habits that you feel have kept you successful. Write them down in a place that you can easily look back to later when you feel you're getting off track. Just as hard as it was to build the habits, it is even easier to lose those habits if we don't keep practicing. Similar to any skill set, if we don't practice, we are going to lose that skill.
