Welcome to week 2 of Spindle nutrition!

This week, we are going to focus on creating a habit of eating more slowly. This might be something that you already do or something that you feel needs work. Either way, it is a excellent skill to focus on. The speed at which you eat will help you decipher hunger and satiety signals (we’ll discuss those items in more detail later on this week).

 

Today, bring awareness to the pace at which you eat. It may be different from meal to meal or snack to snack. Perhaps you eat more quickly when you are at work than you do at home. Perhaps you eat more quickly when you are distracted by other things in your life, such as watching TV or needing to help your children. Just bring awareness to the pace at which you eat today and come back tomorrow!
