You've been logging your food for quite some time now. One of the decisions you have to make is whether this is something that is good and helpful for you to keep doing after this program. Some of you might feel that you can hold yourself more accountable if you are in the routine of tracking every day. Others might feel that it's too much of a burden and you’d like to be able to stay on track without logging. This is an absolutely personal decision. But you do need to be honest with yourself about what path is going to get you closer to your goals and not necessarily what's easiest. Today, take some time to reflect on whether tracking is going to be beneficial for you to continue past this program.
