You made it through your first week of Spindle Nutrition! Congratulations!

Today, I will ask you to write down 2 things.

First, use your journal to write down how you think you did in the first week of this course. Were you able to bring enough attention to the things that needed it? Determine if there is something that you can do differently next week in order to make yourself a little bit better. That's really all this is about, getting a little bit better each day. Spend about five minutes journaling about your progress in a nonjudgmental way.
