I have given you a ton to think about so far this week! Take today to really go back and look at this past week's lessons and spend a little bit more time on them. Perhaps you haven't had the conversation with friends or family members about your goals yet. The next few days would be a great time to do so.

Today is Saturday, so that means we get to plan, prep, and shop for our meals. Take this time to do whatever you feel you need to do to set yourself up for some hard stuff next week, and, of course, don’t forget to plan for the behavior goal you set for yourself!
