In the previous weeks, I have simply asked for self reflection and feedback for me in terms of how this course is going for you. Please continue to reflect and give feedback but also today, unless you shopped yesterday, you will do your grocery shopping and food preparation. If yesterday wasn’t good and today simply isn't in the cards for you, choose another day this week in order to do it. Make sure that you don't skip it just because Sunday isn’t the best day for you! When you head to the grocery store today, stick to the things that are on your list and then spend some time preparing your food. Take your time and know that you might not be perfect the first time around! We are all about being kind to ourselves during this process right!?!
