As you've noticed throughout this course, I've given you small actionable things to look at in your diet. But it is very important that you focus on the things that are important to you in order to help you succeed.
Today, look back to your food logs for the entire duration that you’ve been tracking your food. We talked earlier in the course about "big fires." Determine today what those big fires are for you now that you have become more aware in the past month. You might find that your answer is different now that you have more information. Or you may be able to see things that you weren’t able to see before. As a reminder, the “big fires” are the things that are having the biggest impact on your nutrition. A big fire might be, “I eat pizza every day” as opposed to, “I don’t have the precise number of carbohydrate that i should.” Write them all down and rank them in order of what you see as most important.
