Yesterday, we talked about taking notes in your food logs of how many colors you have on your plate. Today's objective is to try and get little bit better than you were yesterday about your color variety. So, for example, if yesterday you found that you had three different colors and had a lot of white food, try to have at least four colors in your meals today. Again, we just need to be a little bit better each day in order to see big results long-term. You don't need to go from one color to ten colors in one day in order to be successful. Celebrate the little things and the little wins. Every day being just a little bit better!
