Today, there is no new task for you. As I explained earlier, food logging can often be tedious and overwhelming, so I want to make sure that I give you enough time to hone in on that skill. You may have also noticed that, throughout this first month, I have asked you to take very little action in resolving the things that we brought awareness to. This was intentional! The next month of the course is focused on action. We have to bring awareness to things before we know what actions to take! See everything has a purpose!
