It can be difficult to form new habits during challenging times in life. For today, there's nothing new to focus on. Use the information that you prepared on yesterday for this weekend. Take a little bit of time after each meal to determine how well you think you did at practicing new skills in difficult situations. Again, do not judge yourself if you feel that you could've done better! We can always do a little bit better, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't celebrate the small wins. You're doing a great job.
